Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of any contribution, gift, or grant is at the discretion of Londanani Day Care Centre (LLC) - NPO (NPO Nr. 081-571 and PBO Nr. 930037904) - Herein referred to as Londanani Day Care Centre or simply "Care Centre" or Day Care Centre.

Londanani Day Care Centre will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the Day Care Centre.

No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if, under any reasonable set of circumstances, the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.

Londanani Day Care Centre will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.

Londanani Day Care Centre will accept donations of cash or publicly traded securities. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of the Day Care Centre.

Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed before acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for Day Care Centre.

Londanani Day Care Centre will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting tax requirements for property received by the charity as a gift. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by Londanani Day Care Centre.

Londanani Day Care Centre will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. Concerning anonymous gifts, the Londanani Day Care Centre will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.

Londanani Day Care Centre will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the Londanani Day Care Centre.

Data Protection and Privacy

5. Types of information collected

When you register on the Londanani Day Care Centre website we need to collect, use, process and in some instances, share the Information to provide you with the services, products, or finance you have applied for. The Information may include, but is not limited to:

• Contact information;
• Financial information;
• IP address;
• Business information; and
• Any other information that may be provided by you to Londanani Day Care Centre or obtained by Londanani Day Care Centre or required by Londanani Day Care Centre about the charity work done by Londanani Day Care Centre.

3. When, why & how will we process and/or use your Personal Information?

Once you choose to register or donate with Londanani Day Care Centre and provide us with the Information, it will be used for the charitable work goals of Londanani Day Care Centre and also to assist us in better understanding your needs and interests in the future. Londanani Day Care Centre will comply with all laws, contracts, or regulations when it processes the Information.

If you refuse to supply the Information, certain consequences may naturally flow from such refusals, such as preventing Londanani Day Care Centre from concluding your cooperation with the Day Care Centre.

We will furthermore only process and/or use the Information in the following circumstances:

• If you have provided us with consent;
• If the Information was made public by you;
• If a person who is legally authorised to act on your behalf has provided us with the said consent;
• To verify your identity;
• For purposes relating to our charity work;
• To provide you with and to process, administer, and manage any of our products and services;
• To communicate with you, send marketing communications, and send regular update notifications;
• To market any third party’s services that may relate to our our charity work;
• To perform any obligations under any agreement with you;
• When responding to your inquiries and/or complaints;
• For statistical or research purposes;
• To test, develop, and improve our day care centre work;
• To process any payment instructions;
• To do any necessary reference checks with third parties;
• If we are required or permitted by law;
• If it is required to protect or to pursue your, or a related third party’s legitimate interest;
• To detect and prevent fraud, theft, money laundering, and other crimes;
• For any other related purposes not disclosed above.

7. How do we share information and with whom

Londanani Day Care Centre will share the Information with third parties if you have provided us with the necessary consent to do so. In the latter event, we may inform the relevant third party to contact you directly regarding any interaction you have had with Londanani Day Care Centre.

Londanani Day Care Centre may partner with other organizations that may provide you with the services requested through the Londanani Day Care Centre website. These partner organizations are required to keep the information confidential received on behalf of Londanani Day Care Centre and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Londanani Day Care Centre.

We will share your personal information in the following circumstances:

• If you have provided consent;
• If it is necessary to conclude and/or perform under an agreement with you;

• Fraud checking agencies;
• Persons to whom we have ceded any of our rights and/or delegated our obligations under any agreement;
• Any other providers/services we are required by law to disclose any personal information to.
